Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  • develop and maintain relationships with teams, identify and anticipate their processing needs;
  • work as a lead qualification person all the way from the first contact to signing a contract сlarify project requirements, risks, limitations;
  •  manage inbound leads as well as customer satisfaction ratings;
  •  manage a project end-to-end and keep team members on stringent timelines throughout that process;
  •  prepare sales documentation: proposal, statement of work, etc;
  •  deliver marketing materials along with the team: case studies, content pieces, etc;
  •  developing long-term business relationships;
  • track/report key sales benchmarks;

What are we looking for?

  • experience in professional sales, business development and managing customer relations;
  • strategy: Create action sales strategy plan on how to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach;
  • advanced English, both written/spoken;
  • entrepreneurial: You’re willing to build processes, able to adapt on the fly to new information, and have a strong sense of ownership;
  • creative and hungry: You love to win and come up with creative and client-focused ideas to drive win/win solutions for the client;
  • proactive sales approach: assertive and fast-paced, driven to succeed;
  • experience working with Hubspot or Salesforce CRM or similar CRM.

Will be plus if you passionate about UX design and the development of software technology (or at least an interest for this field)
