We organized this workshop to help the client’s team strengthen their product mindset and master practical tools for building a user-centered product.

The goal was to demonstrate how focusing on real user needs drives better outcomes.

To make it hands-on, we introduced a simple challenge that participants could solve together within two hours.

Through quick exercises in empathy mapping, ideation, and rapid prototyping, the team experienced firsthand how user-centered thinking leads to faster alignment, creative ideas, and more confident decisions.

Workshop for the Banking Sector in the MENA Innovation Academy

We were invited by MENA Innovation Academy and Bahrain FinTech Bay to conduct a two-day workshop, “Design Thinking: Innovate with User-Centered Solutions.”

The event gathered professionals from leading Bahraini banks to bring human-centered approaches into their organizations.

Over two days, we guided participants through the full design thinking cycle — from understanding users and reframing challenges to ideation, prototyping, and testing.

A special focus was placed on integrating AI tools during the prototyping stage, which allowed teams to visualize and refine their concepts faster.

By the end of the workshop, each team presented a working prototype addressing real industry challenges. The creativity, strategic thinking, and depth of insight they demonstrated truly impressed us — a clear sign that user-centered innovation is becoming a driving force.
