Enhancing Digital Banking Excellence for the First Digital Bank in Bahrain

We collaborated closely with ila Bank to support their goal of expanding their digital product. Together, we developed a customer-centered, structured design process that aligns with the bank’s strategic vision.

Using the Double Diamond framework, we conducted stakeholder interviews, user surveys, and data analysis to uncover user insights. This approach allowed ila Bank to understand its users better and integrate these insights across all stages of development.

We facilitated collaborative ideation sessions with ila Bank’s team to validate ideas from business analysts, ensuring that proposed solutions aligned with the real needs of their users.

With our Lead Product Designer managing the international design team, we standardized workflows and integrated user testing and feedback loops. Also, we optimized the design system to speed up prototyping and maintain UI consistency.
