As the company expanded into seven countries, its visual identity and communications began to feel disconnected across different regions and departments. The client needed a refreshed, cohesive brand that genuinely aligned with their expertise, vision, and the work they proudly deliver. This misalignment extended to how the product was presented on the website, resulting in a disjointed brand experience.

In-Depth Brand Analysis, Workshop Series, and Numerous Options for Improvement
We kicked off with a comprehensive two-week brand audit, bringing together our business analyst’s insights from a business perspective, the art director’s deep visual analysis, and the creative copywriter’s evaluation of brand communication.
The analysis went beyond visual design, and included user interviews, stakeholder meetings, gap analysis, and other strategic activities.
We worked closely with the client’s team during a series of meetings, collaborative workshops and design sessions. Guided by the client’s needs, our UI/UX experts developed multiple design concepts for the brand’s visual identity.
In the meantime, our creative copywriter was developing a coherent and unified communication style to clearly articulate what Infrakit does, what product solutions it offers, and what benefits it provides to customers.


A New Look and Voice—User-Friendly and Consistent Across Touchpoints
After months of cooperation, we elevated Infrakit’s brand experience to a whole new level.
Visual Identity
The new logo—four arrows converging at a single point—symbolizes collaboration among multiple teams working toward a shared goal. To reinforce this vision, we created an animation for Infrakit’s website that visually represents the construction workflow. This animation shows a magnetic field where particles move harmoniously in one direction, illustrating the construction process as a system of interconnected entities, each playing a vital role while working in sync.
These and other visual elements effectively communicate a key message: Infrakit empowers its users to achieve a streamlined, cohesive flow of interactions within their infrastructure construction projects.

Communication Strategy
We delivered a cohesive communication strategy, complete with a memorable one-liner, meaningful mission and vision statements, and clearly defined brand archetypes.
By embracing a creative yet precise approach, we ensured the brand’s messaging was lively, engaging, and distinctly human—perfectly aligned with the website.
The outcome was a unified, easy-to-understand brand voice that resonated genuinely across all teams and regions. Also, we developed fresh content for the website, added new pages, and assisted with populating them with relevant, engaging information.


Website Design
We revamped the website and its structure, aligning it with the business goals and new brand style to ensure a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
The website design brings the construction theme to life by incorporating elements like blueprints into the brand aesthetics, forming a clear and logical structure. By carefully combining product videos, genuine team photos, and user-focused messaging, we created a professional yet friendly online experience.
Additionally, we developed a UI Kit based on the client’s product design system, providing a strong foundation for future updates.
By elevating the website’s design and content structure — and implementing an efficient technical setup — we increased its performance score by over 220%. Key web vitals significantly improved, resulting in a faster, more stable, and user-friendly experience.
