Elevating Q-Guard: From Demo to Success
Our team’s main goal was to elevate Q-Guard from a basic Proof of Concept version to a user-centered design solution that caters to tech experts across various domains and experience levels. We provided assistance in crystallizing the overall product vision, ensuring a compelling and marketable offering.
The working process began with an extensive discovery phase, characterized by client briefs, interviews with QA experts, and collaborative discussions. This phase facilitated a deep understanding of the product, the industry, and emerging trends.

With no direct competition or existing references, we embraced the opportunity to design Q-Guard, which propelled the project forward, resulting in a pioneering solution.
The design phase commenced with a comprehensive exploration of the platform, necessitating navigation benchmarking, and rigorous testing. As the high-level Information Architecture took shape, we presented UI concepts and initiated the development of UI screens.
Each design sprint featured collaborative reviews, user flow refinements, unmoderated user testing, and close coordination with Q-Leap’s development team, ensuring seamless alignment between design and development.
