A UX Audit Approach to Redesigning a Complex HRTech Platform
The client approached us to revamp their complex ERP software solution, with a focus on improving user experience. The platform needed enhancements in navigation, user interface, and information architecture to optimize work processes.
We began with a detailed UX audit, focusing on identifying and addressing key usability issues. Our first step was to audit the main navigation levels, which helped us uncover the primary problem areas and patterns.
