Our marketing team is growing — and we’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join us.

Together, we’ll turn expert insights and project stories into content that inspires, informs, and grows our audience.

Qubstudio is a digital product design agency with over 19 years of experience. We work with clients from FinTech (retail and corporate banking), SaaS, Healthcare, HRTech, and Logistics, providing full-cycle services from idea validation to product scaling.

Our team has a lot of ideas and ambitious strategies to showcase our design expertise to the world. To bring them to life, we’re looking for an extra pair of hands in the marketing team — someone who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow together with us.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our Marketing Manager on overall strategy and new creative ideas;
  • Supporting content creation: expert-driven articles, whitepapers, cases;
  • Driving SEO & AI-optimization tasks: updating content to grow organic traffic, helping boost our AI visibility via PR activities;
  • Repurposing and distributing content via newsletters and social media posts;
  • Managing our marketing materials and company profiles across digital platforms and listings, keeping our positioning sharp and up to date;

What is important to us in you within this position?

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong copywriting & content creation skills.
  • Basic SEO knowledge and willingness to learn more.
  • Experience in social media marketing.
  • Experience working with CMS.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Result-driven, proactive mindset — you’re not afraid to dive in, experiment, and figure things out.

Who will you work with?

You won’t be on your own — collaboration is at the heart of our marketing.

  • Day-to-day you’ll be in close contact with our Marketing Manager, Bozhena, and Marketing Designer, Illia.
  • You’ll also communicate and brainstorm with our founder, members of the Growth team, and the HR team on various initiatives.

How does our onboarding process work?

  • Trial period: 3 months — during this time, you’ll get familiar with our processes and tools.
  • You’ll have a dedicated onboarding with our Marketing Manager, who will guide you through everything: from daily workflows to ongoing campaigns.
  • Expect weekly syncs and day-to-day communication for constant support and feedback.

Interview stages: 

  • Review of CV and portfolio;
