Product Owner
We are looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap for our corporate banking app, ensuring it meets client needs and business goals. At Qubstudio, we are a Strategic Design Partner for clients worldwide, helping them transform customer experiences.

Qubstudio is a digital product and brand design agency with over 19 years of experience. We collaborate with clients from FinTech (retail and corporate banking), SaaS, Healthcare, HRTech, and Logistics, providing full-cycle services from idea validation to product scaling.

One of our prominent clients is a leading bank in Kuwait, established in 1960. With over 52 branches across the country, it provides consumer banking, wholesale banking, and financial services.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing the backlog, refining requirements with stakeholders, and working closely with designers, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Gathering feedback, analyzing usage data, and ensuring releases comply with security and regulatory standards to improve the corporate mobile banking experience.
- Expanding core corporate banking features on mobile (payments, trade finance, account services).
- Enhancing security and compliance in line with CBK requirements.
- Improving client onboarding and self-service capabilities.
- Boosting digital adoption among corporate clients.
Integrating new value-added services to increase client retention.
Key KPIs:
- Growth in active corporate mobile app users
- Increase in digital transaction volumes and value
- Customer satisfaction and NPS for corporate digital channels
- Reduction in time-to-market for new features
- Backlog delivery rate vs. plan
Compliance and security audit success rates
What is important to us in this position?
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership
- Readiness for regular business travel, particularly during the initial stages of cooperation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Deep expertise in the FinTech domain, especially corporate banking
- Experience with strategic design methods: service design, journey mapping, value proposition design
- Ability to facilitate C-level workshops and co-creation sessions
- Business-oriented mindset
- Active use of AI tools in your work
- Empathy, attention to detail, and strong listening skills
- Openness to feedback and collaboration

How does our onboarding process work?
- Trial period: 3 months — you’ll get acquainted with our processes.
- We don’t encourage overtime or micromanagement.
- We work in sprints and plan tasks weekly.
- Our project team will be your mentor and guide you through onboarding.
- After the trial period, you will collaborate with the Design Manager to map out your career path.
