Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who sees design not just as visuals, but as a powerful driver of business strategy and growth. At Qubstudio, we are a Strategic Design Partner for clients worldwide, helping them transform customer experiences.

Among your responsibilities will be:

• Developing your expertise in strategic design by creating meaningful and unique interaction experiences.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with Business Analysts, Designers, and client stakeholders to better understand the product vision and customer needs.
• Lead UX delivery end-to-end: from user personas and storyboards to information architecture, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Design and validate concepts through interactive prototypes, ensuring ideas are tested and de-risked early.
• Design intuitive interfaces and work with visual components such as mood boards, UI concepts, style libraries and design systems, bringing clarity, consistency and inspiration to the product.
• Present with confidence: clearly explain your design decisions and their business impact to both internal teams and client executives. Participating in pre-sales sessions: showcasing Qubstudio’s expertise, running elicitation sessions to gather insights and propose an effective design approach, and presenting it to potential clients.
• Adopt new tools and practices (including AI) to elevate design quality and efficiency.
• Mentor and inspire teammates, sharing your expertise and contributing to the growth of our design culture.

What is important to us in you within this position?

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design.
• Portfolio with at least 5 completed digital products (web and mobile applications) in different domains (Fintech, EdTech, Healthcare).
• Experience in strategic design methods: service design, journey mapping, value proposition design.
• Ability to facilitate C-level workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Active use of AI tools in your work.
• Experience with design systems (building or maintaining).
• Business-oriented mindset: ability to link design decisions to product strategy and measurable business outcomes.
• Active use of AI tools in your work.
• Empathy and the ability to listen and hear, attention to detail.
• Openness to feedback and constructive criticism, as we work collaboratively as a team.

Who will you work with?

You’ll be part of the design community with internationally certified experts of various levels, working in cross-functional teams. Our clients are from the GCC region, the USA and Europe.

How does our onboarding process work?

• The trial period lasts for three months. During this time, you will get acquainted with our processes.
• We don’t encourage overtime or micromanagement. We work in sprints and discuss tasks at the beginning of each week.
• Our Lead Product Designer will be your mentor and guide you through the onboarding process.
• During the trial period, we set goals and support you in achieving them.
• After the trial period, you will work with the design manager to map out your career path.
