Senior Product Designer
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer who understands the value of a unique experience as a key element of business strategy. At Qubstudio, we don’t just create design — we become a strategic design partner for our clients, helping them grow through effective solutions.

Among your responsibilities will be:
- Developing your expertise in strategic design by creating a unique interaction experience.
- Creating interfaces and presenting your design solutions.
- Conducting workshops and brainstorms in a team with Business Analysts, Designers, and stakeholders to better understand the product vision and customer needs.
- Developing UX delivery – from user personas and storyboards to information architecture, UX/UI design, wireframes, and visual solutions.
- Creating and improving custom user flows.
- Building interactive prototypes for quick concept validation with the team and stakeholders.
- Presenting your solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with visual components (mood boards, UI concepts, style libraries, etc.).
- Participating in pre-sales sessions, where you will share the company’s experience, evaluate projects, and present results.

What is important to us in you within this position?
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design.
- Portfolio with at least 5 completed digital products (SaaS and mobile applications) in different domains (Fintech, EdTech, Healthcare).
- Business analysis skills.
- Experience in designing end-user interfaces at different stages (layouts, wireframes, visual style).
- Active use of AI tools in your work.
- Knowledge of workshop facilitation methodology.
- Experience in creating design systems or working with them.
- Focus on the client’s business goals. Skills for working with product strategy and vision.
- Empathy and the ability to listen and hear, attention to detail.
- Openness to feedback and constructive criticism, as we work collaboratively as a team.
Who will you work with?
You’ll be part of the design community with internationally certified experts of various levels, working in cross-functional teams. Our clients are from the GCC region, the USA and Europe.
How does our onboarding process work?
- The trial period lasts for three months. During this time, you will get acquainted with our processes.
- We don’t encourage overtime or micromanagement. We work in sprints and discuss tasks at the beginning of each week.
- Our Lead Product Designer will be your mentor and guide you through the onboarding process.
- During the trial period, we set goals and support you in achieving them.
- After the trial period, you will work with the design manager to map out your career path.
