The company supplies surveyors, engineers, forepersons, and site managers with cutting-edge software and hardware solutions that provide instant visibility into a worksite’s progress. Full-picture visualization and deep analytics give them the confidence to make informed decisions. Thus, 20,250+ worksites worldwide are currently more efficient, profitable, and safe.

We helped robustify and scale the Propeller brand system to demonstrate reliability, maturity, and innovativeness to the target audience. With Propellerʼs US and Australia units, we formed a large cross-functional team across three time zones to bring the project to life.

To maintain brand awareness, we have polished and iterated upon key existing corporate identity elements. We then scaled and united these elements under a holistic brand system, including guidelines and a UI kit. Our designers applied it to marketing materials and a newly updated, more convenient website.

Working in close cooperation, we additionally upgraded the knowledge base of the customer success unit. The resulting new architecture features improved usability and intuitive navigation that has created a seamless experience and streamlined performance.
