In order to organize working process efficiently and provide high-level customer service, SpaCar team has to be able to receive orders, track and change their statuses, get payments information and get overall performance analytics.

Existing CRM systems doesn’t exactly cover all needs and business flows and are too pricy for a startup.

The solution

We developed automated order management system, designed from a scratch to fit customer’s business process, based on requirements, specified after workshops session with customers. The system provides operators and washers team access to orders information, while routine tasks, such as clients notification about status change, are automated. The system also provides management access to track business performance via Analytics module.
