Promo website for a car wash service
Since mobile steam car wash is something new for the local market, the goal of promo website was to tell about new service, describe benefits for different types of customers, answer some questions new customers might have, keeping the design clean, user-friendly and eco-inspired.
Also we wanted to provide quick and easy online service order – in just a few clicks, to make sure both UX and conversion will satisfy all expectations.
We defined 2 main types of customers, who will visit this website: individuals and corporate clients — for example those providing company vehicles to their employees, or transportation providers.
Then we defined users expectations:
– individuals are looking for easy, fast and clear service ordering, which should be available anytime, anywhere – for example, even while waiting in a traffic jam.
–meanwhile corporate clients usually prefer to take time, learn about benefits and special offers, contact manager for consultation.
