Problem
The client, security service company from UK, came to us looking for strong expertise in UX/UI design for apps and product development in order to build solution for it’s business challenges.
The main goal of the project was to help the company to organize and optimize it’s human resources management.
Solution
Within the framework of the project we created a custom solution, tailored to specific client’s needs.The scope included strategic planning, user flow and designing user interfaces, and remains ongoing.
The provided solution reduced operational management time, and provided possibility to manage employees workload faster and more productive.
UX DESIGN FOR SECURITY APP
User personas
Personas help to understand goals and expectations of all user types. In this case managers needed to be able to access and manage work schedule, clients — book security services, employees — plan their shifts. Taking into account all these requirements, we created user persona.
Wireframes
Mood board
Mood boards are not only about fonts and colors — they help to communicate how the website’s content and overall user interface would look like b efore complete submergence into design process.
UI Design for Security Services
For this project we suggested clean, minimalistic and functional user interface, since this application is used for business purposes by many people on everyday basis.
Manage Booking
Allows customers to directly book services from their supplier through their dashboard. The booking is then automatically imported into the supplier schedule ready to be filled and confirmed, cutting the time taken to manually fill in bookings and improving customer transparency and level of service.
Shift Details
This section provides access to shift management: adding, editing and more for both company employees and clients.
Clients section
Provides access to clients list managements for company employees and such information, as status, managers, editing options and more.
HR Section
This section includes training and licensing management, timesheets, holidays,documents and contact information.
Logo And App Icon
Besides UX/UI design, we also created basic branding elements to make the app distinct and unique.
Client’s feedback
This project addresses the user interface and experience aspects of a separately developed solution. The scope includes strategic planning, user flow and interface design, and remains ongoing.
Rapid delivery and an ability to process feedback productively were both cited as major strengths. Another impressive hallmark was the variety of different design options they are capable of proposing.
In the work that they do, in regard to the design of the user interfaces, QubStudio is very good.
